Process Excellence - Process excellence consists of identifying a business unit’s core processes, recommending the appropriate set of metrics, and implementing the process by which an organization collects the data required to fulfill those metrics. We focus on line-of-sight metrics for business units and the appropriate measurement system (automated, hybrid, or manual) given the cost/benefit mix.
Deployment Services - Our Deployment Services offering centers on providing the direction and advice on how to successfully implement a LSS deployment across an organization. We typically begin with a strategic analysis to identify the difference between the current state and the future vision. Our recommendations include a program management master plan that accounts for curriculum development, candidate selection, training, and program/project management capabilities.
Project Mentoring/Coaching - Master Black Belts are available to conduct strategic-level improvement projects and to coach Black Belt trainees in their projects. We select our MBBs using a rigorous process that ensures that you receive individuals with business acumen, technical competence, and personal polish. They are capable of mentoring up to 12 Black Belt projects simultaneously or leading enterprise-level projects for your organization. Many are former military officers who understand the nuances of both civilian and government work.
