Who We Are

DHX Group is a consulting company that provides Lean Six Sigma (LSS) process improvement and Business Intelligence (BI) consulting to businesses and government entities. The company is headquartered in suburban Cleveland, OH and does business globally. We render training, project consulting and deployment services for both Lean Six Sigma methodologies and Business Objects enterprise reporting software.

Our principals are senior master black belts with more than 20 years of combined LSS experience. DHX works with a robust group of LSS practitioners, who are available to serve as trainers, to mentor black belts, conduct strategic projects and assessments, or to develop LSS curriculum. The collective experience of our staff covers industries such as banking, real estate, customer service, manufacturing, and telecommunications.
